Off-Season Day Events $450 Base Package
$450 for up to 35 guests, additional guests are $10/person. Children 2 and under are admitted free with a paid adult.

On the farm we run our own 5k Smash & Dash, benefitting the Ministry of Caring and local food banks. We have also held corporate fundraisers, 5k-50k walk/runs, bike races and more!

Birthday Parties $350 Base Package
Includes 10 Children & 10 Parents
Availability: Fridays 1:00-3:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays 11:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm.

We love having school Fall Festivals, PTO events, and other large events during the Fall on the farm. These packages start at $13/person with a 100-person minimum and include a hayride and pavilion/picnic grove rental. Customized add-ons are available.

Fall Festivals & Farm Rentals
Important Information for Fall Events:
We are excited to welcome you to the farm for your event! Please review this important information in its entirety:

Children 3 and under are free with a paying adult at all events except Birthday Parties. Please see the ‘What’s Included” tab of birthday parties above for adult and child pricing. *Infants under 18 months are free and not included in the child count at birthday parties, but will not receive a pumpkin to paint or take home.
All-Activity Passes are valid for the entire day. This applies to weekend events only.
We have handwashing stations and port-a-potties available. Our water is not potable, guests should bring their own drinks and water.
This is an outdoor venue, appropriate shoes and clothing are helpful.
Use of confetti is not permitted at Ramsey’s Farm. Balloons are permitted but must be properly secured.

Hosts are welcome to arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to their event to setup (No guests).
Should you need assistance in carrying items to your event space, please ask a farm employee, we are happy to help!
All tables (serving and picnic) are 8’ x 3’. No tables will be supplied with coverings except pumpkin painting tables at birthday parties. You are welcome to bring your own!
Trash receptacles and bags are provided. Please leave your space as clean as you found it. We will handle trash removal following the event.

You are welcome to bring outside food and/or non-alcoholic drinks for your group. Ordering pizza or other delivery items is fine - most of the local pizza joints have delivered to us before. Please ensure you will be available to accept your delivery. Farm employees are not permitted to accept food deliveries on behalf of events.
Our food tent is open during weekend events. We have water, soda, popcorn and other small snacks for sale.
Food trucks and caterers are permitted at weekday events only with approval from Ramsey’s Farm.

Weekend Events
All weekend events are booked online. The deposit is the full base event price, due at the time of booking.
Events booked online can be canceled or rescheduled 14 days in advance with no additional charge. Weekend events canceled within 14 days of their event will forfeit their deposit. Rescheduled weekend events will have their deposit applied to their new date, given the rescheduled date is within the same year of original date.
Saturday events automatically have a Sunday rain date. Please note that if you booked a tent, your rain-date event may be held in the picnic grove.
Sunday events do not have a set rain date. In the event of inclement weather, they will be rescheduled based on availability or refunded.
Add-Ons (Additional Guests, Corn Hole Boards, etc) and outstanding balances must be paid before or on the date of your event. Our Venmo link is @Ramseys_Farm, please indicate your Last Name and the Date of your Event in the comments. Payment may also be paid at the Farm Market during Open Hours: 440 Ramsey Rd. Weekday Events
Weekday and special events require a 50% deposit to secure your date.
Weekday and special events may book a rain date with our event coordinator.
Deposits for weekday and special event are refundable up to 1 week prior to the event. Remaining balance is due upon arrival to the farm.
Add-Ons (Additional Guests, Corn Hole Boards, etc) and outstanding balances must be paid before or on the date of your event. Please do not arrive late for setup - we have events scheduled after yours and will not permit your party to extend past your 2 hour timeslot.
Additional pumpkins will be supplied for last minute guests. If any additional pumpkins are taken past your guest count, they will be charged at $20 per piece - this fee includes the cost of the activity wristband for the additional guests.
We provide all pumpkin painting supplies except smocks. Trash bags with arm and head holes cut out work well for young children who may get paint on their clothes.

For all event types, additional guests can be added and paid for on the day of your party, as long as your total stays within the maximum allowed for your reserved space.

The Picnic Grove
Large and shady. The grove hosts birthday parties, weekend daytime events, and private bonfires at night events. Each event has a dedicated space with picnic tables and, if applicable, a bonfire.
FIELD TRIPS
Field Trips At Ramsey’s Farm
Bring your group to enjoy the educational value of Ramsey's Farm and the Brandywine Valley.
Educational tours run an average of 2 hours to visit 5 stations full of farm fun.
While enjoying your visit to Ramsey's Farm, students in grades Pre-K though 3rd will participate in several areas that meet state educational standards for Delaware and Pennsylvania.
What's Included (Fall):
Barnyard tour, pumpkin picking, combine slide, guided hayride, and the interactive corn maze or Spookley trail (based on age group).
Students are welcome to bring packed lunches and eat at our designated picnic areas. Please let us know if your group plans to stay for lunch!
Pricing starts at $11 a child and includes a field trip pumpkin (picked from the patch!) for each child to take home.
Tours in the Spring and Early Summer (April-June) are limited to two schools per day and are customizable to your needs and the growing season.
